Mr. Hay is an accomplished project engineer with extensive experience in pipeline design, condition assessment, and project management. He began his career as an intern at Aurora Technical Services and graduated from the University of Houston with academic honors. Since then, Mr. Hay has worked on a wide range of projects, including designing pipes as large as 120" in diameter. He has demonstrated versatility in his technical abilities, consistently delivering high-quality work across various engineering disciplines.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Hay has excelled in project management roles. For example, he served as the direct report for 7 of 13 projects totaling over $200M in Construction on the Program Management team of CM&I for the 108-inch Northeast Transmission Waterline construction. Currently, Mr. Hay is leading the 3-mile, 36-inch Bay Area Transmission Line project, overseeing all aspects of the design while coordinating with multiple participants and jurisdictions. This project involves crossing 2 major highways and over 20 pipelines, highlighting Mr. Hay's ability to manage complex projects successfully.
