Mr. Lively possesses over forty (40) years of extensive and diverse experience in the heavy civil construction industry. This experience consists of functioning as General Manager, Project Manager, General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, and Utility Foreman with extensive knowledge in heavy civil, waterline, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer operations ranging up to the tens of millions of dollars. He has overseen projects for the Texas Department of Transportation, the City of Houston, Harris County, Harris County Flood Control, the City of Sugar Land, the City of Pearland, and the City of San Antonio.
