Leo Bartos joined Aurora as a Graduate Engineer after graduating from the University of Houston, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He was a co-founder of the University of Houston’s Formula SAE organization. Since joining the Aurora team, Mr. Bartos has met all requirements to become a Professional Engineer in Texas and has been actively engaged in various engineering and construction field support tasks such as Civil 3D design, condition assessment, plan review, ROW assessment, alignment study, construction inspection, and utility coordination involving utility conflict resolution and subsurface utility engineering. He currently serves as a Project Engineer.
In addition to WL design and construction phase services, Mr. Bartos brings professional experience in utility engineering/ coordination, and ROW support services. He also engaged in supporting SUE efforts such as utility mapping, SUE QL-A, B, C, and D investigation, and designation, as well as coordination of ROW/utility conflict matters.
